Undaunted is a solo-play ruleset for Adventurous Fantasy RPG.

It lets you run full campaigns alone using clear procedures, Moves, explicit consequences, and constant world pressure.

You explore wilderness and settlements, delve dangerous dungeons, take on quests, form bonds, and face escalating threats.

Undaunted replaces the missing GM with a solo engine that keeps play moving and the world reacting.

It is built to be fast, structured, and unforgiving in a fair way.

Undaunted contains everything you need to run Adventurous solo, using clear procedures and a Move-driven engine.

Core sections include:

  1. Moves: 15 core Moves covering facing challenges, resting, wilderness travel, settlement play, and dungeon exploration.
  2. World Generation: A tight procedure for generating your own version of the Grey Coast.
  3. Wilderness Exploration: Rules and procedures for exploring the world, generating points of interest, and encountering unique NPCs and dangerous foes.
  4. Settlement Generation & Exploration: Tools for creating settlements and exploring them, including event tables for villages, towns, and cities, useful establishments, and tavern events that push play forward.
  5. Dungeon Exploration: Procedurally generate dungeons as you explore. No pre-built maps. Rooms, threats, and discoveries emerge during play, keeping delves dangerous and unpredictable.
  6. Encounter Tables: Terrain-, locale-, and scenario-based encounter tables. You never invent danger. The game does it for you.
  7. NPC Generator: Roll a handful of dice and generate distinctive NPCs in seconds.
  8. Oracles: A fast Yes/No oracle and an extensive Verb + Noun oracle for answering questions and driving play.
  9. Bonds: Rules for forging relationships, testing them under pressure, and calling in favors.
  10. Quest Generator: Create quests with a few rolls, including objectives, relative locations, foes, and rewards.
  11. Expanded Bestiary: 20+ new creatures and foes, expanding on the monster design found in Adventurous.
